St Albans Bungalow Self Catering accomodation
St Albans is a semi-detached bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the headland and costal path. It has easy access with parking along side. Spacious lounge with wide-screen TV, conservatory with seating and a fully-fitted modern kitchen with ceramic hob, single fan oven, fridge-freezer, washer/dryer. The Bungalow sleeps up to 4 in double and single bedrooms, all with their own TV and Wi-Fi. A patio with seating, barbecue and garden for the children to run around in.

Main Bedroom: King-size double, colour TV, hair dryer, hanging and drawer space, second toilet.
Single Bedroom: two 3ft beds, TV, hanging and drawer space.
Audio equipment: lounge has satellite tv, DVD player, Wi-Fi and a video player if required.
Heating: is electric with night storage in the hall, and electric panel heaters and water by emersion heater.
Lounge: The lounge/Diner has a laminate floor, Magic flame wall hung fire, 3 seater sofa, reclining armchair, dining table/4 chairs and sideboard containing glass ware, flat screen TV, Sky box, DVD player and Wi-Fi. Access via threshold step to Conservatory with sofa and chairs and doors to the garden /patio area.
Kitchen: as above plus, microwave, toaster, electric tin opener, plus all necessary utensils, cutlery and crockery. If there is somthing not available that you require please ask
Bathroom: Has a full size bath with electric shower over, WC and wash hand basin (all standard heights with lever taps). There is a mirror with light/shaver point over and electric towel rail. The floor is Linoleum, bath mat is supplied plus a rubber in bath safety mat.
Garden: patio area with garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers.

Leaflets and general information is available in the dining area, also local paper for information. Our local magazine The Blowhole is also useful for Boscastle events or you can visit the Local web site.
Access to Forrabury, the Church or headland is via a gate at the rear of the garden which leads to a grassed path between two bungalows. At the top of the path turn left then follow to the road, you are now in Forrabury Lane.
